How do you keep the peace in your own mind when there is so much turmoil in the atmosphere? I listen to news, read magazines and newspapers, listen to the talk and the buzz, buzz continues in my head long after. How can I settle that buzzing, the buzzing that can become extremely distracting?
It is nature; a walk, a run, a hike, a cup of tea on the porch, time in the air, the trees, a visit to the river. This is the way, the way of quieting the inner buzz. It all started with the dirt and it will end with the dirt. Everything in between is superfluous.
