Turning my love of detective novels into a writing reality, I am working on one of my new novels featuring the character Abby Reed. This is a fun write for me, not quite as heavy as Carnival Man. I am simultaneously working on a collection of short stories, Eddies and two other novels, The Veil and Sticks and Stones. “Get to work” is my mantra and “avoid distractions” my challenge. Here’s to the new year!
